You would like to get a notification from our Ticket System once a ticket gets closed?
Background
Our default behaviour is not to send a notification for closed tickets. But we can enable this for your Organisation.
How?
Please open a ticket of type "Helpdesk Issue" and ask about getting the "closing notification" enabled.
